At Home Centers, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We stand behind the furniture we sell and are committed to providing reliable support if a manufacturing defect occurs.

2-Year Furniture Warranty

Home Centers offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible furniture products purchased through our store.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

Our 2-Year Limited Furniture Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Structural defects in furniture frames

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Hardware defects resulting from manufacturing faults

  • Missing parts identified upon delivery

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Home Centers will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery

  • Scratches, dents, stains, fading, or discoloration caused by use

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper assembly

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Commercial or business use

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by pets, children, natural disasters, or environmental conditions

  • Products sold as clearance, final sale, or "as-is"

Non-Furniture Products

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, home décor, household items, baby products, kids' products, and accessories are not covered under the 2-Year Furniture Warranty.

If a non-furniture item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • Your contact information

Our team will review the claim and respond as quickly as possible.

Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, Home Centers may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Provide store credit

The resolution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the defect.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Home Centers' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or store credit of the affected product. Home Centers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product.
